Heathcote II was established 20 years ago and is owned and operated by Lionel Flutto and Peder Rosdal. The grape growing and winemaking are very much ‘hands on’, producing handcrafted premium red wines.
Grapes are handpicked from our dry-grown, low yielding vines and wines are made using traditional European methods.
Wines: Tempranillo 2018, Shiraz and HD Shiraz 2018, Grenache and GS 2021, Sangiovese Cabernet 2021 and museum release of Myola 2015.

Enjoy a mid-winter weekend of music and wine tasting at one of Heathcote's oldest and most charming cellar doors. Sit indoors among antiques and artworks or in the large courtyard overlooking the vines. Taste award winning wines including, Garganega, Vermentino, Rose and elegant reds plus decadent dessert wines. Tastings at the outdoor and unique Silo Bar are complimentary whilst an intimate indoor tasting will cost $10. A selection of hot food will be available from 12-6pm, think winter warming treats like soup, arancini, cannelloni and fish & chips. There’ll be LIVE MUSIC from 1-6pm with Bendigo favourites, Josh DeAraugo, Jordan Allen and band headlining with a high energy show, performing 3-6pm Saturday & Sunday.
Seating is limited indoors therefor tastings in the cellar door are on a first come, first serve basis – while you wait for a seat there is plenty of room for a wine and snack in our marquee.

Like many, we are passionate about wine. Our east facing vineyard is handpicked then matured in barrels for 18 months using a combination of French and American oak.
